Walking poem art print

Sometimes you just don't know where things will lead, and that's perfectly okay.


Let's go together—
on the kind of walk
where we might not worry
about being too cold.
We can always find our way back, right?

We might eventually wonder
what time it's gotten to be,
and we might confess together—
I thought I was the one following you.


This poem was written and hand-lettered by me. The letters and trees are printed in a metallic gold ink, giving a lovely, subtle sheen. This was printed using a risograph at the wonderful Outlet studio in Portland, Oregon. The result is that each print is unique, with minor variations in texture and registration.
